Must have a JD or LLM Degree
Must be licensed to practice law in at least one of the fifty states of the U.S.
Represent clients in removal proceedings, USCIS interviews, and NY criminal, civil, and family court proceedings;
Present evidence, witnesses, and summarize cases;
Prepare motions, briefs, and applications;
Research and analyze the applicable laws and regulations;
Consult with clients, advise on legal rights, and obligations; Supervise legal assistants.
