Candidate MUST have a Bachelors degree in accounting
Candidate MUST have 3 + years of accounting experience
Processing payroll semi-monthly
Responsible for daily/monthly bank reconciliations and financial statements
Regularly maintain detailed reconciliations of all balance sheet accounts and general ledger entries
Calculating billable hours for retainer clients, and manage the Trust Accounts
Ensuring all accounting practices are in compliance with legal guidelines and established accounting principles
